How we protect programme and margin
Time is usually lost through unresolved access, late design information, procurement lead times, poor sequencing and trades waiting on one another. We manage those issues through regular programme reviews and short-term look-ahead planning, giving early notice of anything likely to affect the works.
Trades are coordinated against the build sequence, variations are raised before work proceeds, and finishing and snagging are planned by phase. This keeps the project team informed and reduces pressure as each handover approaches.
